[모집부문]
- Position: Accountant

[주요업무]
1) 분기별 테크니컬 실적 산출 및 총괄 (Quarterly Technical Results Production)
- FRS 17 SAS / Micro & Macro - Omega 인터페이스 간 Reconciliation 및 불일치 해결
- 생명/건강(L&H) 및 손해보험(P&C) 부문 IFRS 17 시스템 결과 반영, 수기 조정 전표(Omega Assistance Entry) 작성 및 SAP GL 조정
- 전표 작성/검토, 계정 검증, 재무제표 작성 등 재무 결산 및 테크니컬 회계 프로세스 관리
- 테크니컬 실적 분석 및 내부/감사 목적의 고품질 통제 체계(문서화) 유지
- 회계 기준/규정 변경 사항 파악 및 재무 보고 영향 평가, 결산 프로세스 개선

2) 글로벌 및 내부 타 부서 협업 (Collaboration with Various Teams)
- Reserving 팀과 협력하여 IFRS 17 구성 요소와 계리적 예측 부합성 확보
- Landing, Forecasting, Planning 팀과의 파트너십을 통한 재무 실적 및 전략적 목표 달성을 위한 협업

- 본사 그룹 테크니컬 결산 팀 및 파이낸스 솔루션 팀과의 협력 (로컬 SAS 개발/테스트 현지 창구 역할)

3) 로컬 법정 및 규제 보고 (Statutory & Regulatory Production)
- 규제 기관 제출 자료, 보고서 및 공시 작성 지원

1. Quarterly Technical Results Production and Coordination
- Perform IFRS 17 SAS/Micro & Macro to Omega interface reconciliation and coordinate the resolution of any discrepancies. 
- For Life business, ensure IFRS 17 SAS system results are properly delivered and booked into all systems in the end-to-end accounting chain, securing financial review and audit trails. 
- For P&C business, ensure local PAA results are properly produced in Omega and delivered and booked into all systems in the end-to-end accounting chain, securing financial review and audit trails. 
- Ensure accurate booking of manual adjustments, via Omega Assistance Entries for quarter closing both P&C and L&H. Support Finance & Reporting team for any Top GLs. 
- Oversee the technical accounting aspects of the financial closing process, including the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements. 
- Ensure compliance of technical financial with relevant accounting standards. 
- Perform technical result analysis, ensuring the results are well explained and reasonable. 
- Maintain a high-quality control framework for technical closings with effective documentation for internal and audit purposes. 
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the closing process. 
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to other members of the finance team. 
- Stay current with changes in accounting standards and regulations and assess their impact on the company’s financial reporting. 
 
2. Collaboration with Various Team
- Work closely with the reserving team to ensure proper alignment of IFRS 17 components with actuarial expectations. 
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with the landing, forecasting, and planning teams to ensure continuous alignment of financial results, business expectations, and strategic objectives. 
- Collaborate actively with the Group Technical Closing team and Finance Solutions to follow IFRS 17 SAS development and act as the local interlocutor for local SAS development and testing. 
- Provide support to various stakeholders on technical closing matters.

3. Local Statutory and Regulatory Production

- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings, reports and disclosure.

[자격요건]
- 학사학위 이상 보유자

- IFRS 17 및 관련 보험/재무 규정에 대한 깊은 이해도를 갖춘 분
- 회계 및 재무 업무 수행경력 5년 이상 보유자

[우대사항]

- 비즈니스 영어 가능자 (회화, 독해, 작문)

- 한국공인회계사(KICPA), ACCA, AICPA 등 공인회계사 자격 보유자

- 보험 산업(생명보험/손해보험/재보험) 관련 결산 실무 경력 보유자
- 회계, 재무 관련 전공자

[근무조건]
- 근무형태: 맨파워코리아 소속 파견계약직
- 근무기간: 입사일로부터 12개월
- 급여조건: 경력에 따른 협의 (업무 완수 시 1개월치 Completion Bonus 별도 지급)
- 근무지: 서울시 중구 을지로5길 26 (을지로입구역 인근)
- 근무시간: 월~금 (주 5일) 09:00 ~ 18:00
