[회사명 및 모집부문] - 회사명 : 유명 미국 증권사 - 모집부문: GCM Team Off Cycle Intern * This opportunity is internship under an US based investment bank (it is to help narrowing down the potential candidate who is keen to explore in same field in future) Position Description: We are currently hiring for an intern in Seoul to work in Global Capital Markets (GCM), focusing on the Korean market. GCM serves as the nexus between Investment Banking and Sales & Trading. GCM comprises traditional market coverage and underwriting groups, as well as a number of product groups focused on providing customized capital structure solutions for our clients. You would work with clients on complex, innovative financing and risk management solutions in a fast-paced environment. Working with the Global Capital Markets Coverage, your primary responsibility would be to work with and support the team executing a broad range of capital markets products. You will also support the team in business development strategies for specific sectors, with a focus on DCM and ECM products. The responsibilities of this role include: • Assist to secure and execute potential capital markets transactions from origination for various corporate and financial institution clients. • Assist in handling coverage and execution of capital markets transactions and related matters independently and effectively. • Perform scenario analyses, conduct market researches and prepare client presentation pitches on related capital markets projects. • Assist in managing key clients of the Company with respect to capital markets transactions. Requirement: • University degree student or degree holder in Finance or related disciplines • Basic knowledge in, and passion to learn about, the financial markets • Basic knowledge in the financial capital markets, strong business acumen and good analytical skill. • Prefer (but not mandatory) relevant experience in Financial Institutions or related discipline • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Attention to detail and good organization skills. • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Korean.
