[업무내용 및 지원자격]

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Sales order Management including managing open sales orders, quote creation, delivery tracking

• Responsible for all aspects of  I&Q and Warranty order Management including managing MRP run, internal PO creation, delivery tracking, expediting

• Collaborate with across the organization including key stakeholders and colleagues from Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Service team

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields

• More than 5-10 years of CSR/Spares Planner experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment industry

• Proven customer support experience

Skills:

• Fluent English skill

• Familiar with Excel & SAP

• Can learn and apply new information or skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

- 급여조건 : 경력 별 협의

- 근무위치 : 경기도 화성시 동탄첨단산업1로 63-11

- 근무시간 : 주 5일 (월~금, 08:30 ~ 17:30) / 주 1일 재택운영
