About the Role

At Activision Blizzard & King (ABK), Employee Experience is at the heart of everything we do in HR. Our team connects employees with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) and partners closely with HR Technology, HR Business Partners, and Recruitment to deliver smooth HR operations and an outstanding employee experience.

As part of the APAC Employee Experience team, you’ll play a key role in supporting HR processes and creating a positive experience for employees across the region.

What You’ll Do

• • Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR systems (HRIS)
  • Help maintain HRIS and employee data accuracy and ensure timely updates for internal stakeholders
  • Support various HR initiatives that create a seamless employee experience aligned with global standards
  • Assist with local HR operations and administrative tasks as needed

[자격요건]

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 
• Up to 1 year of professional experience; experience in a multinational company is a plus
• Strong English and Korean communication skills (written and verbal) to work effectively in a global team
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus (i.e. Workday)

- 계약기간: 6개월 (업무 평가와 회사 상황에 따라 계약 연장 예정)

- 고용형태: 맨파워그룹코리아 소속 파견계약직
- 급여조건: 경력 별 협의 가능 
- 근무위치: 서울특별시 강남구 테헤란로 521

- 근무요일: 월~금 

- 근무시간: 일 8시간
