Position Description:

We are hiring for an Off-Cycle Intern in Seoul to work in Global Capital Markets (GCM), focusing on the Korean market. GCM serves as the nexus between Investment Banking and Sales & Trading, and comprises traditional market coverage and underwriting groups, as well as several product groups focused on providing customized capital structure solutions for our clients. The intern would work with clients on complex and innovative financing and risk management solutions in a dynamic environment.

Working with the GCM Coverage team, the primary responsibility would be to support the team in executing a broad range of capital markets products and in business development strategies for specific sectors, particularly focusing on debt capital markets and equity capital markets products.

The responsibilities of this role include: 

- Assist in securing and executing potential capital markets transactions from origination for various corporate and financial institution clients.

- Assist in handling coverage and execution of capital markets transactions and related matters independently and effectively.

- Perform scenario analyses, conduct market research, and prepare client presentation pitches on related capital markets projects.

- Assist in managing key clients of the Company with respect to capital markets transactions.

Requirement:

- University degree holder in Finance or related disciplines.

- Basic knowledge in, and passion to learn about, the financial markets.

- Basic knowledge in the financial capital markets, strong business acumen and good analytical skills.

- Prefer (but not mandatory) relevant experience in Financial Institutions or related disciplines.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and good organization skills.

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Korean.

- 급여조건 : 회사 내규에 따름

- 근무위치 : 서울 종로구 새문안로 68 흥국생명빌딩
- 근무시간 : 주5일(월~금) 09:00 ~ 18:00 

- 전형과정 : 1R 서류전형, 2R 실무진 면접, 3R 임원면접, Background Check (3~4주소요)

- 예상 입사일 : 1월 초
