[모집분야 및 업무내용]

포지션명 : Assistant Brand Manager

** Marketing 사업부의 Derma&Pain(비판텐/톨/아스피린/사리돈) 담당 BM의 Assistant 업무

1. Assist with implementing comprehensive marketing program mainly IMC and HCP/e-Com activation and support BM day-to-day operations 
2. Preparation of marketing promotional materials review for internal and external censorship and closely follow-up with the result
3. Support WIP circulation by activity in line with the agreed budget and KPIs
4. Support and cooperate with channel/KAM team in developing and executing brand promotional activities 
5. Assist with marketing operational activities incl. sponsorship, events, sampling, gimmick distribution and required documentation compliant with the directive 
6. Provide administrative support to tracking the cost and result report per activity in a timely manner 
7. Support market and consumer trend analysis with basic desk research, field visit in building brand growth and planning
8. Ensure clear and agile communication within the team and with all stakeholders, internal and external

[자격요건 및 우대사항]
1. 신입 지원 가능

2. Education: 4-year University

3. Work Experience : Preferred 2+ years of experience in marketing team (Ideally in consumer health/OTC/Food industry)
4. Required pre-requisites skills :

- Knowledge & Interest in Consumer Health Brand Marketing 

- Strong & clear communication skills to co-work with internal & external stakeholders
- Working confident written and spoken English (업무상 Speaking은 많지 않음)

- Strong team player and positive attitude and result-oriented mindset

[근무조건]
- 계약형태 : 맨파워코리아 소속 파견계약직

- 계약기간 : 입사 후 12개월 (25.01.01자 입사 희망)

** 업무 평가에 따라 최대 2년까지 근무 가능

- 근무지: 여의도 파크원 타워2 
- 근무시간: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (월~금, 부서 및 포지션별 상이)
- 급여: 회사 내규에 따름, 경력별 협의

- 복리후생: 계약만료 인센티브(1년 기준), 복지포인트, 연차, 생일 및 명절 선물 지급, 경조금 지원, 퇴직금 별도, 4대 보험 등 바이엘 정규직원과 동일
