• 업무 내용

(** The role takes responsibility to contribute to the maintenance of a functional and compliant PV system in Republic of Korea and works in collaboration with Affiliate stakeholders, the Manager PV Regional and GPV headquarter.
The Affiliate PV Staff supports ASR to ensure compliance of all local pharmacovigilance activities, especially ICSR (Individual Case Safety Report) management.)

- Follow the Affiliate PV System Country Chapter and additional local PV procedures, forms, and templates

- PV business continuity planning and notification of any business interruptions that pose a threat locally or globally to pharmacovigilance processes or endanger regulatory compliance

- Receipt, recording, and reconciliation of safety information

- Safety surveillance including literature and health authority website screening and preparation of local periodic safety reports and Risk Management Plans

- Regulatory submission of safety information

- Basic PV training of local EPD staff

- PV record retention and archiving

- Implementation of out-of-office coverage for receiving and recording safety-relevant information

- Maintenance of local PV product list

- Ensure PV matters in local interventional studies and local non-interventional organized data collection schemes

- Negotiation and implementation of local commercial pharmacovigilance agreements and local pharmacovigilance service agreements

- Due Diligence for product acquisition or in-licensing negotiated by an Affiliate organization

- Provision of local PV Compliance metrics and management of non-compliances

- Support for coordination/management of PV audits and inspections at the Affiliate level

- Perform vigilance compliant to local legislation for Abbott EPD products beyond medicinal products such as medical devices and food supplements

- Support in preparation of Health Hazard Assessment/Medical Expert Statements

- Perform PV quality checks requiring four-eye review

- 안전정보의 접수, 기록, 조정
- 문헌 및 보건당국 홈페이지 심사를 포함한 안전점검 및 현지 주기적 안전보고서 및 위험관리계획 작성
- 안전정보의 규제제출
- 현지 환경보호청 직원 기초 PV 교육
- PV 레코드 보존 및 아카이빙
- 안전 관련 정보 수신 및 기록을 위한 사무실 외 커버리지 구현
- 로컬 PV 제품 목록 유지관리
- 지역 중재 연구 및 지역 비 중재적 조직 데이터 수집 체계에서 PV 문제 확인
- 지역 상업용 약효 준수 계약 및 지역 약효 준수 서비스 계약 협상 및 이행
- 제휴 기관이 협상한 제품 구매 또는 라이센스 내 실사
- 로컬 PV 컴플라이언스 메트릭 제공 및 비준수 관리
- 계열사 차원의 PV 감사 및 검사 조정/관리 지원
- 의료기기, 식품보조식품 등 의약품을 넘어 애보트 EPD 제품에 대한 현지 법규 준수 경계 수행
- 건강위해평가/의료전문가 진술서 작성 지원
- 4안 검토가 필요한 PV 품질 검사 수행

[자격요건]

- 학사 이상 약학/간호학/생명과학 또는 관련 분야 전공자
- 제약회사에서의 PV 경력자 선호
- 업무상 영어 활용 원활하게 가능한 자 (외국인 매니저와의 2차 면접 예정)
- MS Office 원활 활용 가능자

[근무조건]
- 근무기간: 입사 후 7개월 (ASAP 입사 / 육휴대체)

- 고용형태: 맨파워코리아 소속 계약직
- 급여조건: 면접 후 결정 (★경력자의 경우, 희망연봉/최종연봉 기재 필수)
- 근무위치: 서울 강남구 삼성역 인근

- 근무요일: 월-금

- 근무시간: 09:00-18:00 (휴게시간 1시간 포함, 자율출퇴근제 시행으로 출퇴근시간 변경 가능)
