• 농산물 무역 및 운송: 전 세계적으로 곡물 (corn, wheat, soybeans 등)을 조달, 저장, 운송합니다.

• 식량 가공: 곡물을 바이오 연료(에탄올), 동물 사료, 식용 오일, 단백질, 감미료(시럽), 천연 향료 및 기타 식품 성분으로 가공합니다.

• 영양 사업: 인간 및 동물 영양 제품, 천연 원료, 향료 등을 개발하고 판매합니다.

- Position : Supply Chain Specialist

- 입사예정 : 2026.01.01 ~ 1년

[모집분야 및 업무내용]

· Attend to customers’ enquiries

· Full order processing from order receipt to invoicing

· Work closely with suppliers in US, Europe & other locations to ensure orders are processed promptly and accurately

· Monitors orders and communicate shipping status with customers

· Ensure on time delivery and provide full set of required documents to customers promptly

· Review and prepare shipping documents in compliance with Letter of Credit requirements.

· Assist in following up with distributors and customers on overdue invoices

· Support Technical Service in customer complaints by providing order information, coordinating returns, credits, replacement, etc.

· Provide administrative support and any other duties as assigned

· Follow company procedures and policies

[필수사항]

· At least 5 years’ experience in order processing and shipment arrangement

· Experience in the food industry

· Knowledge of payment term, shipping documentation, trade terms, Letter of Credit and Documentary Collections preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

[근무조건]

- 고용형태 : 맨파워코리아 소속 파견계약직
- 근무기간 : 2026.01.01 ~ 12개월 (육아휴직 기간 변동으로 일부 연장 가능)

- 급여조건 : 회사 내규에 따름 (경력별 협의)
- 근무위치 : 종로3가역 인근

- 근무시간 : 주5일(월~금) 09:00 ~ 18:00
