[근무회사 및 모집부문]

- 사업분야: 의료기기, 의료소모품

- 모집부문: iTero sales support administration

[담당업무]

- Establish contracts and pricing, promotion, logistic, demo and ensuring proper maintenance

- Support and align with Global(APAC team) and Regional(Korea) relating to iTero rollout such as SFDC, logistic, demo organization, HCP compliance report proactively.

- Perform other duties as assigned in iTero business such as Sales Ops., Ops and CS etc.

- Organize/develop processes for product shipment, equipment utilization, inventory management

communicating with local vendors.

- Coordinate with cross functional teams regarding iTero sales.

- Cooperate with local sales team on answering inquiries such as status of orders, warranty status, demo availability and etc.

- HCP report: Responsible for timely reporting and managing HCP related expenses including iTero demo to ensure all expenses are properly recorded under compliance

- Responsible for effective, efficient and prompt response to customer inquiries, requests and complaints received via phone, e-mail or mail to achieve customer satisfaction

- Collect, direct the questions, complaints and issues from customers to the relevant departments to get them answered and solved in a timely manner

- Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required

[자격요건]
- 4년제 대학졸업자 이상

- 1년 이상 유관업무 경험자 우대

- 기본적인 영어 사용 가능자 (Writing & Speaking)

- MS-Office 사용 가능자

※ 해외여행 결격사유가 없는 자 (단, 남자는 병역필 또는 면제자)

[근무조건]

- 입사예정일: ASAP
- 고용형태 : 맨파워 소속 파견계약직 1년 (업무 퍼포먼스 & 회사 상황에 따라 연장/전환 가능)

- 근무시간 : 월~금 09:00~18:00
- 근무장소 : 서울시 강남역 삼성역 부근
