[모집분야 및 업무내용]

• 포지션: Logistics Specialist

• 업무 내용

• • Maintaining a cooperative connection to country P&L team, internal fulfillment team, supporting COEs (incl. data entry teams) & customer contacts to ensure effectiveness of the parts delivery

  • Effective & timely management of shipping tracking, importation processes & cost, alignment with service providers and parts fulfillment team

  • Reviewing shipping documents accuracy to comply with local regulations and contract obligation including supplementary submission to customs office with support from various team such as CPMs, compliance, parts fulfillment team and so on.  

  • Timely escalation/alert to country operation team & tracking of expedited & emergency shipments

  • Providing guidance on any logistics matters such as parts RMAs (Return Material Authorities), ITO deal development and so on

  • Owning logistics related payment such as duty & VAT, 3rd party handling fee and so on

  • Supporting coordination & communications of any customer or authority inspection requirements or specialized documentation requests/need such as import /export license, government audit, permit application and so on

  • Continuously lead discussions to provide feedback on forwarders to the internal stakeholders for the Svc quality/process improvement

  • Review FTA documents readiness and communication with CPMs (Contract performance managers) and customers for any queries

  • Support LD (liquidated damage) calculation

  • Advocate process improvement and explore standard work opportunities

[자격요건]

• 유관 업무 경력자 3년~ 8년 미만 (유관 경력) 
• 업무상 비즈니스 영어 활용 가능자(Global calls, Emailing) 
• 4년제 대학교 졸업자 
• 업무상 컴퓨터 활용 가능자 

[근무조건]

• 근무기간: 1년 (육휴대체 포지션, 8-9월 중 입사 희망) 
• 고용형태: 맨파워소속 파견계약직
• 급여조건: 면접 후 협의 및 경력 별 협의 가능 (직전 및 희망 연봉 기재 필수!) 
• 근무위치: 서울시 강남구청역 인근
• 근무요일: 월~금요일 
• 근무시간: 09시 ~ 18시 (휴게1시간)
