[목적]

The Regional Account Payable Specialist (Fluent English) will be an integral part of the company’s Finance Department in providing support to critical aspects of Account Payable, Disbursements, Regional Purchase Order process, Compliance & Controls, Vendor & Stakeholder Management, Month-End Report

[업무내용]

1. Accounts Payable (AP) and invoicing processing
- Verify, and reconcile AP invoices and journal entries in the ERP system accurately and timely
2. Asset Management
- Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, tracking acquisitions, disposals, and transfers
- Calculate and record monthly depreciation expenses in accordance with accounting standards
- Coordinate periodic physical asset audits and reconcile results with general ledger data
3. Financial Contract Management
- Organize the contract to support for all financial data
- Extract and summarize key financial clauses from contracts for reporting or ad-hoc reports.
4. ERP system migration & Testing
- Support the migration of financial data from the legacy system to the new ERP system
- Perform data mapping, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity during the transition
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document system bugs, and collaborate with the IT/project team to implement fixes.

[자격요건]

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience : 3 to 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance or accounting roles

- Competencies
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Advanced Excel skills
• Preferrable to have prior experience or strong understanding of financial system implementation

[근무조건]
- 근무기간: 맨파워코리아 소속 파견계약직 6개월

- 급여조건: 회사 내규에 따름 (인터뷰 진행 후 경력 및 최종연봉에 따른 결정)
- 근무위치: 서울특별시 강남구 역삼동

- 근무요일: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (주 5일 근무)
