People Services Specialist

We are a dynamic, fast-growing international hi-tech company operating in Korea. As an HR Generalist, People Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering HR services and solutions to our managers and employees in this demanding environment. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of HR processes while constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations activities for Korea and offer timely, quality responses to inquiries from managers and employees to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee records, and generate monthly reports to facilitate data-driven people decision-making.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and promote a positive work environment.

• Create great employee experiences by ensuring smooth onboarding, transfer, and exit processes.

• Coordinate international relocation processes with external partners, employees, managers, and HRBPs.

• Manage disciplinary actions by conducting thorough investigations, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies and legal regulations. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal teams to determine appropriate actions and resolutions.

• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and practices accordingly.

• Collaborate and align with local Benefits and Payroll teams on data and any initiatives that help create better employee experiences.

· Coodinate and organizae employee training programs

 

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• +5 years of relevant HR experience.

• Familiarity with Korea labor laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.

• Excellent planning, organizing, and detail-oriented skills.

• Customer-focused with exceptional communication abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel

• Fluent in Korean. At least business level in English.

 

Preferred:

• SAP (SuccessFactors) experience.

• Payroll experience

- 급여조건 : 경력 별 협의

- 근무위치 : 경기도 화성시 동탄첨단산업1로 63-11

- 근무시간 : 주5일 (월~금) / 재택운영 (주 4회 출근을 기본으로, 1회 재택 가능)

- 근무형태 : 맨파워그룹코리아 소속 파견계약직 12개월 (상황에 따라 14개월 계약 가능, 산휴대체)
