[업무내용]

[Overall Purpose]

The Marketing Intern provides day-to-day support to Brand Managers and the broader marketing team. This role exists to assist in executing brand initiatives through administrative management, PR/PO and budget tracking, premium/POS execution, and desk research, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of marketing activities across our ~$150M portfolio.

[Key Responsibilities across Brands]

(Supporting: S*****s®, M**'s®, Ma****s®, T***®, Ecl***e®, Ski****s®, C***®, Sh***®, and others)

*       Marketing Admin & Finance Operations: End-to-end PR/PO processing, invoice tracking, vendor coordination, and marketing budget tracking.

*       Campaign Execution Support: Sourcing and managing promotional items (Premia), POS materials, and on-ground campaign activation support.

*       Brand & Market Analysis: Desk research, competitive monitoring, and supporting Nielsen/Kantar data extraction.

*       Ideation & Activation: Actively participate in brand activations and NPD (New Product Development) brainstorming sessions.

[Specific Skills & Knowledge Requirements]

*       Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

*       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive mindset.

*       Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Korean.

*       High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

[근무조건]
- 근무기간: 6개월 (연장 여부는 추후 결정)

- 고용형태: 맨파워코리아 소속 파견 계약직
- 급여조건: 회사 내규에 따름
- 근무위치: 강남구청역 인근

- 근무요일: 월 ~ 금

- 근무시간: 09:00 ~ 18:00
