[업무내용]

- provide compliance advisory support to the Cash Equities business on short selling regulations and other applicable regulatory requirements in GM Korea

- monitor regulatory developments relating to short selling, cash equities trading and market conduct, and communicate regulatory changes and their implications to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

- oversee and monitor exceptions, breaches and control issues relating to local short selling reporting obligations and regulatory requirements. This includes coordinating communications and discussions with relevant regulatory authorities in relation to short selling reporting matters, regulatory inquiries, and control issues, where required.

- work closely with business, Operations, Legal and other control functions to identify root causes of short sale related regulatory or control issues and establish appropriate remediation and preventative measures

- support the implementation, maintenance, and periodic review of accountability frameworks (Responsibilities Map) under the Korean regulatory flamework and governance arrangements relating to short selling and cash equities regulatory obligations and internal requirements

- conduct regulatory risk assessments relating to short selling activities and other cash equities business activities

- provide regulatory training and awareness programs to business and support functions on short selling regulations, market conduct requirements, and other applicable cash equities regulatory obligations

- assist in the drafting, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and controls relating to short selling and cash equities regulatory requirements

- monitor changes in the regulatory environment and assess potential impacts on the firm's cash equities business, risk profile, and control framework

- support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and reviews relating to short selling and cash equities activities. This includes coordinating the development, implementation and tracking of remediation plans arising from regulatory reviews, internal audits, external audits, and regulatory examinations.

- promote a strong compliance and risk culture across the Cash Equities business by providing practical guidance and effective challenge where appropriate

[자격요건]

- 4년제 학사 학위 이상

- 한국어 및 영어 능통자

- 글로벌 투자은행(IB) 내 Control/Compliance Function 경력 5년 이상

- 공매도(Short Sales) 및 Cash Equities 비즈니스에 대한 이해 및 관련 규제 지식 보유자

[근무조건]

- 급여조건 : 경력에 따른 협의
- 근무위치 : 서울 종로구, 종각역 인근

- 근무형태 : 맨파워 소속 파견계약직 1년
- 근무시간 : 주 5일(월~금) 09:00 ~ 18:00 (일 8시간)
