[모집분야 및 업무내용]

Marketing Assistant
** 브랜드(OTC 및 건강기능식품 브랜드)팀 마케팅 업무 지원
1. Assist with implementing comprehensive marketing program mainly IMC and HCP/e-Com activation and support BM day-to-day operations 
 2. Preparation of marketing promotional materials review for internal and external censorship and closely follow-up with the result
 3. Support WIP circulation by activity in line with the agreed budget and KPIs
 4. Support and cooperate with channel/KAM team in developing and executing brand promotional activities 
 5. Assist with marketing operational activities incl. sponsorship, events, sampling, gimmick distribution and required documentation compliant with the directive 
 6. Provide administrative support to tracking the cost and result report per activity in a timely manner 
 7. Support market and consumer trend analysis with basic desk research, field visit in building brand growth and planning
 8. Ensure clear and agile communication within the team and with all stakeholders, internal and external

[자격요건 및 우대사항]
1. Education: 4-year University
 2. Work Experience:
 •   Preferred 2+ years of experience in marketing team (Ideally in consumer health/OTC/Food industry) 
  (2년 이내 경력자 우대하나, 해당 분야에 관심도 및 이해도가 높은 신입도 지원 가능)
 3. Required pre-requisites skills :
•    Knowledge & Interest in Consumer Health Brand Marketing 
•    Strong & clear communication skills to co-work the project with internal & external stakeholders
•    Working confident written and spoken English 
•    Strong team player and positive attitude and result-oriented mindset

[근무조건]
계약형태 : 맨파워코리아 소속 파견계약직

계약기간 :

- 입사 후 최초 3개월 계약, 수습기간 적용 및 평가에 따라 9개월 추가 연장 계약 (연장 시 총 1년 계약)

- 이후 추가 1년 계약 연장 가능 (최대 2년 근무)

근무지: 여의도 파크원 타워2 
근무시간: 08:30 ~ 17:30 (월~금)
급여: 회사 내규에 따름, 경력별 협의
복리후생: 계약만료 인센티브(1년 기준), 복지포인트, 연차, 생일 및 명절 선물 및 상품권 지급, 건강검진비 지원, 경조금 지원, 퇴직금 별도, 4대보험 등 바이엘 정규직원과 동일
