Job Title: People Business Partner
Job Summary:
A People Business Partner embodies our culture and core values. You will deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organization. In this role, you will closely partner with business leaders to align on the People strategy and execute with excellence. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the People team as People Business Partner supporting our Retail team.
Description:
1) BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE
: Devise plans and execute supporting the development of high performing teams.
2) ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN
: Proactively engage with leaders on people strategy through workforce planning,
organization design and structure.
3) TALENT & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
: Promot a learning environment which supports on-the-job opportunities.
: Assist employees and managers through development and performance matters.
4) EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
: Working with ER partners, identifies and implements pro-active programs to drive improved morale and organizational performance.
5) COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
: Advise on local and global compensation initiatives.
: Partners with Benefits and Wellness in providing guidance to management on leaves, Leave of Absences, Accommodations, and Wellness Activities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of proven performance as a HR Business Partner role
- Ability driving people strategies that support business priorities and elevate the employee experience
- Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, with a proven ability to influence decisions and inspire new ways of thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, both as a lead and a supporting team member, demonstrating best practices across multiple sites and functions.
- Fluent in Korean and English language
