Job Title: Graphic Designer Lead
Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer/Design Lead is responsible for bringing innovative ideas to life through visually stunning and original designs that meet our high standards. Collaborating with the Creative Director and the Marcom team, this role transforms concepts into captivating visuals across both digital and print media.
The role also involves providing visual references, bringing fresh inspiration, and creating keynote decks to share ideas with the broader creative team. A key focus of this role is the ability to create beautiful, original design elements from
scratch—avoiding the use of stock assets. This includes developing high-quality illustrations, typography, handwriting, and layouts, all crafted with a sharp eye for detail. Pushing boundaries is essential, with the ability to adapt quickly, ideate, execute, and refine designs in response to feedback. Collaboration with design agencies ensures that all work is not only creatively impactful but also flawlessly executed. Expertise in graphic design, combined with a passion for innovation and
craftsmanship, is vital to this role, ensuring that all designs meet the high standards that define the brand.
Description:
• Ideate, design, and execute visual assets and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools to produce visuals for presentations.
• Deliverables include assets for interactive platforms, retail, online stores, channel partners (print/digital), and paid social media.
• Research and gather image references, and create sketches and drafts to communicate design ideas clearly.
• Be skilled in creating various visual effects to enhance designs.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to iterate on ideas based on feedback.
• Be prepared to provide multiple design options.
• Present designs in keynote decks and/or prepare print-outs for creative reviews.
• Ensure all designs are completed on time and meet project deadlines.
• Apply our design principles, toolkits, and master layouts consistently.
• Collaborate with teams including Creative Writing, Interactive, Channel, Project Management, Print Production, Business Affairs, and external agencies.
• Document work and develop design toolkits and guidelines for each project.
• Design, support, and implement internal communications, including emails and keynote presentations.
Qualification:
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate , and Keynote design layouts. Experience with 3D applications is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience bringing design concepts to life across various communication platforms.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain ideas and provide constructive feedback that drives projects forward.
• Exceptional creative skills and design sensibility, with meticulous attention to detail throughout the design process.
• An innovative thinker who pushes creative boundaries and explores new design possibilities.
• Passionate about the creative process, working independently and collaboratively, while listening carefully to feedback and adapting designs as needed.
• Works effectively with other team members, including creatives and external design agencies, maintaining professionalism in high-pressure or ambiguous situations.
• Comfortable working with external agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
