Division: Research Microscopy Solutions (현미경솔루션사업부)

Job Title: Service Support Associate

Contract: Fixed term (1yr)

Location: Seoul

Key Responsibilities:

현미경솔루션사업부의 서비스 엔지니어(Field Service Engineer)분들이 고객사에서 수리/유지보수 등의 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 서포트하는 백오피스 업무입니다.

• Execute and manage key service order processes to help achieve revenue goals.
• Input and manage customer data in the CRM system.
• Manage sales of microscopy accessories through distributors.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for greater service efficiency.
• Support Field Service Engineers during customer site visits, including inspections, equipment repairs, and replacement of consumables.

[자격요건]

• Bachelor’s degree
• Entry-level or up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong sense of responsibility and a solid work ethic.
• Enjoy working as part of a team to reach shared goals.
• Effective communicator who can coordinate with various internal functions.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable working with data.
• Basic English communication skills.

[근무조건]
- 계약기간: 1년 

- 고용형태: 맨파워그룹코리아 소속 파견계약직
- 급여조건: 경력별 협의 가능 
- 근무위치: 서울특별시 송파구 문정동 문정역 인근

- 근무요일: 월~금 

- 근무시간: 일 8시간
