Job Title: Operations Program Manager
Job Summary:
The Technical Center Operations Program Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of the center and Accelerator programs. This role drives strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination to optimize lab operations and maximize program impact, while ensuring alignment with global standards.
Description:
1) Technical Center Operations Management
-Lead strategic planning and program management across lab operations
-Manage budget, resources, and operational planning
-Facilitate weekly operations meetings and manage core team governance
-Deliver regular program and performance reporting to leadership
-Manage PR approval requests and tracking processes
2) Accelerator Program Coordination
-Lead Accelerator program and event management in alignment with our standards
-Drive program strategy, design, and review processes
-Manage partnership with POSTECH team for:
1. Accelerator training delivery
2. Marketing and promotion execution
-Provide program performance reporting to leadership
-Facilitate curriculum development planning and execution
-Engage with local government stakeholders for program support and budget management
3) On-site Build Management
-Equipment Management
1. Track and manage software improvements
2. Drive operational efficiency improvements
-Logistics Management
1. Manage component CTB readiness
2. Oversee final module packing and shipment operations
