[업무내용]
- Role & Responsibility
1. Order Handling (CS) 
- Creating Sales order by SAP system
- Delivery, Billing & Payment collection
- Checking Requested item detail / stock status & order status
- Shipping documents preparation 
- Handle return goods from customer 
- Handle simple claims & request replacement
- Local & Imported POSM stock management 

2. Import & Export customs clearance (Logistics)
- Check the import and distribution restriction for liquor products with customs broker
- Keep recording of import document (B/L, IV, PL, NMC, COO and so on) in shared drive
- Support on factory registration and food quarantine with required documentation

3. Inbound processing for DF & DP shipments (Logistics)
- Update available stock status & Duty Free stock by daily
- Bonded inventory discrepancy validation between SAP and KCTC
- Checking shipping schedule for in-transit stock
- Update In-transit stock upon receipt of shipping docs 

- Incoming shipment notification with shipping docs to KCTC & SAMC
- Creating Purchase order, A/R Reserve invoice in SAP
- GRPO, Landed cost, Inventory transfer (allocation stock DF&DP) in SAP
- Claims for damaged stock in transit to insurance and shipping company
- Inventory revaluation and adjustment inventory gap in SAP

4. Stock management (Logistics)
- Support the regular inventory recon(daily/weekly/monthy) in bonded and main warehouse location
- Damage stock management with Incident report
- Ageing report (Product/POSM)
- Stock take support
- Follow up the global guidance on the warehousing & transportation for 3PL
- QA inspection / follow up the QA requirements and requests

5. Monthly closing (Logistics)
- Preparation of monthly closing data for inventory, intercompany invoice & voucher preparation
- Item master discrepancy validation with ZK13 report 
- Confirm transit non-ECC& ECC MHAP for current in-transit stock with MHCS
- Monthly sales data review & sales forecast template preparation in duty free

6. Adhoc ( Team Project support)
-Support to supply chain manager and team project upon request
- Learn the new tasks and support the Supply chain team to stretch out

[자격요건]
유관 업무 경험자 (Logistics, 수출입, 통관, 오더핸들링, 재고관리 등)
업무 상 기본적인 영어 활용 가능자
SAP 활용 경험자 우대

[근무조건]
계약기간 : 맨파워코리아 소속 파견계약직 1년 (업무 평가에 따라 정규직전환 및 계약연장 가능)
근무지 : 2호선 삼성역 5분 거리
근무시간 : 09:00 - 18:00, 점심시간 12:00~13:00, 재택근무/유연근무제
급여 : 경력 별 협의
