[모집분야 및 업무내용]

- Job Summary : The IT Technical Manager is responsible for managing IT projects, coordinating with various teams, and escalating issues to the global team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Job Title : IT Technical Manager

[Key Responsibilities]

- Project Management : Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Service Delivery : Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services to meet business requirements.

- Issue Escalation : Identify, manage, and escalate issues to the global team as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving service delivery processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Stakeholder Management : Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are met.

- Performance Monitoring : Monitor and report on the performance of IT services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

[Qualifications]

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (우대사항)

- Experience : Proven experience in IT service delivery, project management, and team leadership.

- Skills :

1. Strong project management and organizational skills

2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

4. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to work with multiple stakeholders and positions.

[근무환경]

- 계약기간: 1년 (맨파워코리아 소속 파견계약직 / 평가에따른 연장가능)

- 근무지: 경기도 성남시 분당구 (야탑동)

- 근무시간: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (주 5일 근무)

- 급여: 회사 내규에 따름 (인터뷰 진행 후 경력 및 최종연봉에 따른 결정)
