[모집분야 및 업무내용]

• 포지션: Sales admin

• 업무 내용

   • Coordinate and support the local Sales throughout the renewal quoting process and customer development activities.

   • Create and maintain Customer Master records and ensure accurate Order Entry execution.

   • Issue trial licenses, bridge keys, training licenses, and emergency keys as needed.

   • Prepare and submit Export Control documentation.

   • Manage the end to end inside sales process by engaging relevant teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, Marketing, Credit).

   • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, coordinate issue resolution with AE, sales and internal teams, and deliver localized customer support when needed.

   • Ensure Salesforce data integrity across opportunities, orders, accounts, and forecasts; generate reports and assist Sales with meeting materials and performance analysis.

   • Facilitate internal communication by sharing process updates, operational guidelines, and supporting cross functional activities and team events.

[자격요건]

- 2년 이상 유관 업무 경험자

- 2,3년제 관련 전공 졸업자 이상

- 비즈니스 레벨 이상의 영어 구사 능력 (speaking, reading, writing)

※ 해외여행 결격사유가 없는 자 (단, 남자는 병역필 또는 면제자)

[근무조건]
- 근무기간: 입사일로부터 12개월 

- 고용형태: 파견계약직
- 급여조건: 희망연봉 제시/ 면접 후 협의
- 근무위치: 경기도 분당시 판교역 인근

- 근무요일: 월~금 

- 근무시간: 09:00-18:00 (휴게시간 1시간)
