[Job Scope]

Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and payers, in a non promotional manner, to identify and address their needs. MSLs use their scientific expertise to communicate and form partnerships to deliver the medical strategy, capture actionable insights and ultimately improve patient pathways and outcomes

[Key Accountability]

Scientific Engagement and Exchange

- MSLs understand their perspectives and needs in order to adapt and be relevant and valued.

- Acting as partners, MSLs identify areas of mutual collaboration, developing and implementing strategic medical action plans aligned to the Country Medical Plan.

- Communicate in an accurate, fair and balanced manner, the benefits, risks, appropriate use and clinical value of our products and solutions.

- Operate independently and develops healthcare networks to navigate the complex local health care environments at national, regional and local level.

 

Insight Generation

- Generate and share actionable and valuable insights and propose solutions/actions in a timely manner, utilizing appropriate tools available.

- Gather data, facts and observations on the external healthcare environment towards generating internal insights.

 

Internal Collaboration

- Work closely with their office based medical counterpart to shape, develop and coexecute the Country Medical Plan.

- Develop and maintain an internal stakeholder network.

- Provide scientific and technical support towards material development for internal and external stakeholders, where applicable.

- Provide scientific support for internal functions such as commercial, market access, regulatory/PV and R&D regarding scientific trainings and updates.

 

Supporting Evidence Generation

- Support development and execution of clinical trials.

- Identify potential data sources and develop partnerships for RWE

 

Training / Compliance

- Complete all MSL SOP trainings and all other corporate assigned compliance trainings.

- Complete the MSL onboarding (and certification) program.

- Commits to applying and continued practice of the Scientific Engagement Model and Insights process.

- Continue to develop and maintain technical therapy area and soft skills.

- Create individual development plan aligned with career aspirations.

 

[자격요건]

- 의학, 약학 전공자 또는 관련 과학 분야의 석사 이상 학위 보유자

- 능숙한 영어 및 한국어 소통 능력 보유자

- 디지털 채널 및 Omnichannel Tool 활용 가능자

 

[우대사항]

- 심혈관계(CV) 의약품 포트폴리오 및 개발 파이프라인에 대한 전문 지식 보유자

- 임상개발 및 임상연구에 대한 이해 또는 관련 경험 보유자

- 복잡한 의학, 과학적 내용을 이해하기 쉽게 전달할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 및 프레젠테이션 역량 보유자

- 약물감시(Pharmacovigilance) 및 국내 의약품 규제 프로세스에 대한 지식 보유자

[근무환경]

- 근무형태: 맨파워 소속 파견계약직 (산휴대체)

- 근무기간: 2027년 1월 2일 ~ 2028년 3월 5일 (예정, 변동가능)

- 근무지: 서울 서초구, 고속터미널역 인근 도보 3분 이내

- 근무시간: 주 5일 근무, 일 8시간

- 급여: 경력에 따른 협의
