Will support Core(Snuggle) and build Future core (Sun Dishwash) business to lead its marketing activation. This role reports to marketing category leader. 1. Support category strategy - Support Integrated Business Planning(IBP) for Sun Dishwash category aligned with global strategy. - Be category guardian for responsible brands to drive brand growth in right way - Manage financial status of Sun (P&L/BMI etc) and understand drivers and identify issues, challenges and opportunities to deliver sustainable growth 2. Execute marketing campaign - Support Snuggle communication plan - Plan and execute integrated brand marketing plan and campaign for Sun - Track the performance and analyse effectiveness / outcomes of campaigns - Collaborate with agencies and cross functional teams to deliver on-time brand/product launch 3. Lead innovation project - Lead Innovation Process for Sun Machine Dishwash & Hand Dishwash thru finding insights from market, consumer and customer - Consolidate and update home care category portfolio. 4.
