[모집분야 및 업무내용]

• 포지션: Plant Financial Controller

• 업무내용

- Financial management of the manufacturing site including reporting, planning and financial compliance

 

- Active member of the Site Management Team

 

- Steering and coordination of Budgeting and Forecasting processes (expenses, standard calculations and P&L) as well as analysis and presentation to management

 

- Reporting of financial KPIs to Site Management and Global Manufacturing Finance

 

- Analyze deviations in Actual to plan/forecast, define and implement measures to achieve targets with regard to expenses, COGS, CAPEX, headcounts

 

- Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and execution of the full suite of Sarbanes-Oxley controls as well as ensuring that appropriate controls are in place for all site assets and transactions. This responsibility will include reviewing all controls and monthly documentation and leading internal and external auditors through the controls, asset verifications and documentation reviews as required

 

- Partner with key stakeholders at the site to continuously improve productivity and profitability e.g. through the assessment of financial impacts of new products, transfer in/out of products and services, the installation of new equipment and/or processes for the manufacture, engineering, and distribution of products

 

- Balance machine and personnel capacities of the site with the long-term demand from the commercial organizations

 

- Knowledge Sharing – work with the financial staff across other manufacturing sites to share key learning and help drive continuous improvement in Manufacturing Finance

 

 

 

[자격요건 및 우대사항]

- MBA or equivalent degree in science or business preferred

- 3+ years of working experience with increasing responsibility in Controlling or Finance in a Manufacturing company

- Knowledge on Product Costing

- Excellent knowledge of relevant system landscape (SAP, SAP BW, etc.)

- Strong analytical and presentation skills, ability to communicate across all levels

- Enthusiastic about leading and driving improvement and change

- Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders across functions

- Pressure resilience and ability to work comfortably in a highly dynamic environment

- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset

- Fluency in English

[근무조건]
- 근무기간: 맨파워 소속 파견계약 1년 6개월 (육아휴직 대체)

- 급여조건: 경력별 협의(최종/희망연봉 필수 기재)
- 근무위치: 경기 안산시 단원구, 안산역 인근

- 근무요일: 8:00~17:00 (월~금, 휴게 11:50~12:50)
