Art Director     

Marcom is A사 Global Marketing communications group. We lead all aspects of A사's advertising and marketing to ensure impeccable development and implement of best-in-class communications. 

As the Art Director, Design, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and compelling design solutions for core communications and executing multiple design studies for A사's services and projects. This requires broad experience in developing creative solutions in a variety of mediums. You will be joining a team where we conceive, design, and lead the development of high-quality creative work that pushes the A사’s brand forward.   

근무내용 

- Work with Creative Director of Design on NSOs, elevate the project to a holistic and integrated campaign, by providing design solutions for various media including print, interactive, OOH, and social platforms. 

- Lead the design process with Artists/Agency/Boutique/Motion/Print in full capacity. 

- Conceptualize and sketch ideas, create designs, and provide insights and art directions throughout the project. 

- Lead the successful design production from ideation to execution to completion, making visual representations of concepts, mood boards, and wireframes, and producing print design layouts, interactive comps, and assets till the final project completion.  

- Work with CD Design, and nimbly prepare persuasive presentation materials for WW and other stakeholders.  

- Perform multiple design tasks at the same time. 

- Guide Print/Interactive/Motion production team to achieve Apple’s highest standard of design.

자격요건

- You have at least 5 years if relevant experience at an agency, design firm or leading brand. 

- You have experience in graphic design, art direction, advertising, marketing, corporate identity, branding, and digital communication. 

- Excellent design, system thinking and conceptual skills accompanied by the ability to guide and evaluate, and if necessary, redirect creative development. 

- You are naturally curious and passionate about design  

- with a keen awareness of the evolving landscape of available tools. technologies, resources, and trends. 

- You have in-depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative process, have excellent design skills, and consistently deliver high-quality design. You can provide timely and helpful feedback to quality design. Must be able to effectively lead junior creative staff members, vendors, freelancers, and photographers as needed. 

- You are a motivated and driven art director that collaborates well with a team to find simple solutions to complex problems. 

- You are a proficient communicator, with great presentation skill, that is able to articulate ideas in a clear manner, engage in healthy debate, and accept directional feedback. Must be able to communicateeffectively both up and down a creative
